John and Jacquelyn ~ An Elegant Soirée at Rosecliff Mansion in Newport, RI

Jacky and John met playing recreational dodgeball! John was team captain and Jacky and her friend had joined, quite frankly, to meet men! As the story goes, John actually had a rule that nobody on the team should date! But after seeing Jacky getting some attention from some other gents on rival teams, guess who broke his own rule? Indeed, some rules were meant to be broken!

The couple chose Rosecliff for its classic, romantic aura and sweeping views. They were excited to bring together family and friends for a fun day in an elegant location to celebrate their wedding.

The ceremony took place on the lovely lawn of the mansion. With its gentle slope down to the ocean and adorned by bold floral arrangements of ivory and green, guests gathered at the center of the vast space for the cozy ceremony. With the sun shining through the clouds above, Jacky and John became husband and wife. 

Under the canopy of the back terrace, guests enjoyed conversation, signature cocktails and clinked glasses to the bride and groom. Next was onto the reception. John and Jacky entered to cheers and applause and treated their family and friends to a wonderful first dance which ended with the perfect dip! The celebration continued with heartfelt toasts and a fantastic party which included a very full dance floor!
