Laura and Sjur ~ An Enchanting Woodland Wedding in Waterville Valley, NH.

Although Laura and Sjur attended the same college during the same for years and lived just a floor apart from each other, it wasn’t until after college that the two were introduced by a metal friend! Through long distance (USA to China) and grad school these two survived quite a bit together already before realizing they were meant to be and becoming engaged.

The is beautiful wedding day had personal touches the celebrated some of our couples favorite people. Lauras childhood friend officiated, Sjur’s sister created all of the desserts and Laura’s mother sang during the ceremony as well as a friend of Sjur’s who did a surprise saxophone accompaniment during the ceremony recessional!

After a year of so much isolation from loved ones, Laura and Sjur were so excited to gather and celebrate with family and friends. Some of the couples favorite moments were the special dances their quiet moments together and the incredible toasts during the reception. We were also so happy to be able to provide a LiveStream for our couple to bring their relatives in Norway who could not attend into the moment.
