Ashley and Michael are not quite highschool sweethearts but that is where they met! It wasn’t until their senior year in college that they began dating. Our bride and groom were so excited to have their wedding at the Cape Club with its beautiful outdoor areas and spacious dance floor and after 12 long months of waiting to finally have their day! Ashley and Mike we SO ready to gather with family and friends and have a wonderful night!
The ceremony took place in main room of the Cape Club with the glowing light of the hazy New England day backlighting the bride and groom. We always love person vows and Ashley and Mike had some truly lovely ones.
From their giant wedding party and their friend officiating to the many guests gathered to watch the ceremony and celebrate it was clear how much love was in the room for our bride and groom. Not to be forgotten of course was their pup Kinley, a new addition to the family who was welcomed the year before when the original wedding date was moved.
The celebration that followed saw a very full dance floor and we must say some serious dance moves! A surprise to all the guests was the Tabul drummer, the traditional Lebanese drum was brought into the party to celebrate Mikes Arabic heritage and was a big hit with dancers! As dollar bills flew trough the air wishing the couple good fortune, the two were raised up above the crowd in the ultimate moment of celebration.
Ashley and Mike, thank you for making us party of your VERY fun wedding day. It was a joy to be around your family and friends, congratulations again!
