Hannah & Jesse ~ A Whimsical Wedding at the Lyman Estate in Waltham, MA

Hannah and Jesse we Middle School Sweethearts, meeting at Stony Brook Middle School in Westward, MA in 2005. They because close friends in high school and sometime during senior year, Jesse worked up the courage to ask Hannah to prom. Hannah was thrilled! After graduating the attended Brandies and BU and fate was on their side as there was a bus that ran almost directly from one college to the other. The relationship continued past graduation and onto their first apartment together. Through many moves to different cities for medical school and law school and for a time living apart, the two finally came back together and settled in MA with their three kittens.

Our bride and groom chose the Lyman Estate for its historic charm and beautiful grounds. These two self proclaimed history nerds felt a kinship with the venue and Hannah, who developed a love of gardening the past few years, especially loved the greenhouse. They we excited to bring family and friend together for a very fun celebration filled with love and dancing!

We started our day with Hannah and Jesse at their ceremony. Guests gathered in front of the arbor that Hannah and Jesse had built themselves. It was decorated with and incredible splash of floral color and dusty pink sash. With their wonderful personal vows, readings from their parents and a dear friend acting as officiant, these two middle school friends became husband and wife…. and the bubbles flew!

The day continued with the celebration which included music, dancing, performances, sweet toasts and a snazzy cake complete with a cheetah bride cake topper! Tables were decorated with soft blues and pinks and little details like escort cards and signage were designed by the bride herself!

Hannah and Jesse, thank you for having us at your very fun wedding! Congratulations to you both!!
