Kristina and Jack ~ A Dreamy Garden Celebration at Hildene in Manchester, VT

While the meeting was modern for Kristina and Jack the courtship was classic. 🙂 Eight years ago Jack went on his first ever online date and won the lottery meeting Kristina and the two have been together ever since!

Jack and Kristina were excited for an intimate garden wedding and Hildene provided the perfect atmosphere with its manicured hedges and lush floral designs. No wonder these two adventurers who love skiing and hiking chose a setting with not only the gardens but sweeping mountain views where they could celebrate in the great outdoors they love so much.

After a sweet first look between the bride and groom and photos with the wedding party it was on to the ceremony. The nuptials took place with light rain and low misty clouds only adding to the magical atmosphere of the moment. Speaking of moments, Kristina entering the garden ceremony with the white chairs lined up and all the guests standing under white umbrellas with the mountains and the glowing misty sky in the background was so wonderful to watch. The ceremony that followed was equally lovely and ended with a perfectly passionate first kiss! (blush)

Guests then enjoyed the beautiful grounds of Hildene during cocktail and then made their way under the reception tent out on the green. Kristina and Jack both loved the little moment they shared before entering the tent when they rehearsed their moves for the first dance and indeed rocked it much to the delight of their family and friends. In a welcome toast to their guests our couple both expressed how happy they were, after waiting to have their wedding, that they could have such a joyful day together with the people they love most.
