Carolyn and Pat were married at the Spruce Point Inn in Boothbay, Maine. These two were excited to bring their MA, NJ and Brooklyn families together for a beautiful harbor-side wedding and the Maine coast did not disappoint!
We started the day with the bride and groom as they got themselves ready for their ceremony. This is one of LoveLocked’s favorite times of day to shoot as it gives us a chance to capture some more intimate moments of the couple and the wedding party together. Those moments before a ceremony can also be so exciting!
At the ceremony, Carolyn and Pat saw each other for the first time as the bride walked down the aisle with her father and the groom waited and watched as she came closer. It’s hard not to well up watching these two recite vows to each other!
After a lovely cocktail hour overlooking Boothbay Harbor, guests were invited into the Pemaquid reception hall. This unique room with soaring ceilings covered in natural and reclaimed pine from the historic Inn and illuminated with cast iron chandeliers made for a beautiful setting for the nights festivities. Indeed this part of the day was a favorite of Carolyn and Pat as they had all of their family and friends under one room celebrating and dancing the night away.
Carolyn and Pat, thank you so much for making us part of your day, it was absolutely our pleasure to create your films for you!
