Giuliana and Christopher met online in Chicago in February of 2020. In March, while at Chris’s apartment, Giuliana got the results of her covid test back…positive! Not wanting to go back to her own apartment and her two covid negative medical student roommates, she asked Chris if she could quarantine with him. After the initial shock of the question wore off, Chris said yes. Two weeks later, Chicago went into lockdown so they were together for a whole month. As they joked, “You can say it was trial by fire – you learn a lot about a person very quickly when you’re stuck in the same one-bedroom apartment together for an entire month!”. During that month they bonded over food, music, travel dreams and most importantly, learning how much family and friends meant to the both of them.
The two chose Boston for their wedding location so they could be close to both of their families and adored the InterContinental for its city and water views. Some of the most memorable moments from the day were their first look, when Giuliana came down the aisle and of course the countdown to midnight! From the incredibly fun photo shoot before the ceremony to the beautiful church wedding to the party bus on the way to the reception, the day was absolutely full of so much joy. But again, the reception, full of loving toasts and an incredible celebration! The dance floor was packed and full with color, glitter and lights and the room was bursting with energy as midnight slowly came upon the guests. As the crowd counted down, the new Mr and Mrs enjoyed their first new years kiss as husband and wife and the confetti fell. What…a…day.
Giuliana and Christopher, thank you so much for having us with you on your wedding day. It was our pleasure to capture all of these incredible moments for you and your family and friends to enjoy. All the best to you both!
