Stephanie and Sal were introduced 8 years ago by way of a torn ACL! While the injury meant surgery for Sal, it also led to his surgeon asking around if anyone knew any sweet single women. Noting she had just met “the nicest young man” to her colleague, who was also Stephanie’s boss, the two were set up on a first date.
We started our day with Stephanie and she got ready for the ceremony. The two had opted to skip a first look and have their big moment as Stephanie came down the aisle. Sal got ready with the gents as Stephanie put on her finishing touches with her maids and nieces. The ceremony location was under dappled light in the middle of the lush green lawn of the House. Florals overflowed from the arbor and the arms of the bridesmaids and our bride. Indeed when Stephanie came down the aisle to her groom Sal, the moment was picturesque and perfect.
For the celebration, guests gathered under the tent for dinner and dancing. A favorite moment of the night for the couple was the anniversary dance where guests were asked to leave the dance floor by year of marriage, leaving only the longest married couple standing. In this case, it was the brides great aunt and uncle, Martin and Rachel.
Stephanie and Sal, thank you for having us at your elegant and cozy wedding! Wishing you much happiness and may you one day be that last couple dancing sweetly on the dance floor together many years from now.
