Megan and Andrew were married this past winter at St. Cecelia’s Church followed by their reception at the Fairmont Copley.
We started the crisp winter day joining up with the excited, and large :), bridal party. They were gathered together preparing for the day ahead full of anticipation and smiles. Megan with her bridesmaids and Andrew with his groomsmen, each suite full of laughter and joy. As Megan dressed in her stunning lace gown, Andrew made his way to the First Look location in formal Black Tie.
The couple decided on a First Look so they could have a truly private moment together before the day got away from them. Just steps from Boston’s beloved Copley Square, this special moment always feels like such a privilege to capture.
St. Cecelia’s Chapel is a one-of-a-kind landmark nestled on a tiny street in Boston. They chose this historic chapel because it’s a longtime favorite of Megan’s family. The light and airy vaulted ceilings make a poignant backdrop to exchange lifelong vows in front of their nearest and dearest. Following the ceremony, the guests made their way to Fairmont Copley Plaza to begin the celebration.
When looking at venues Megan and Andrew wanted something with an old-world style and an expansive dance floor – the Grand Ballroom hits the mark and then some. Steeped in gold and mirror, the elegance of the ballroom is breathtaking. Hints of the season were throughout complete with lots of mistletoe and gorgeous flowers. After some heartfelt toasting and wonderful food, Night Shift packed that expansive dance floor as the newlyweds soaked in each moment. Santa even made an appearance capping off a beautiful and loving evening!
Megan and Andrew are excited for Andrew’s Hungarian relatives to see these wedding day highlights. Thank you for having LoveLocked Films capture this day – please enjoy!
