Abby and Ken’s wedding day was full of sweet moments, gorgeous scenery and a wonderful company. They chose the ceremony location because it was a favorite spot the couple had visited regularly, in fact, the Marblehead Lighthouse was the site of their proposal the year prior.
We joined the festivities as Abby was walking down the aisle with her dad to marry Kenny. A picture perfect location with panoramic views of the ocean anchored by a birch and floral arbor. Beautifully written vows along with a few tears were exchanged as Abby and Kenny became husband and wife. Following the ceremony, the newlyweds embarked on a private boat ride soaking in a few quiet moments before joining the wedding guests at the Corinthian Yacht Club. Nestled along the rocky shores of Marblehead, the yacht club felt like the ideal reception location – a classic and timeless New England nautical vibe. Not to mention Abby’s family is from the area and has lived there since the 1700s!
Arriving dockside, Abby and Kenny were celebrated before making their way over to one of the coolest markers of a special day that we’ve seen – a cannon blast! These two sweethearts embraced each part of their day making the most of each moment and the reception was no different. Poignant toasts and sweet first dances made way for lovely food and tons of happy dancing. Abby and Kenny – we loved capturing this fun wedding – we are so thrilled to share your wedding day highlights – enjoy!
