Michaela and Mike were married on a summery day in June at the Cathedral of Saint Patrick followed by their reception at the stunning Jonathan Edwards Winery in Connecticut. The day began at the nearby hotel where the wedding party was gathered to help the nearly-weds put the finishing touches on before their ceremony at the beautiful Cathedral of Saint Patrick. Surrounded by her bridesmaids and family, Michaela stepped into her dress, placed her veil and shed a few happy tears. The gentlemen were likewise dressing, straightening ties and enjoying great company. The excitement for the day ahead was clear!
Offering lovely dark wood detail and stunning vaulted ceilings, the cathedral was the perfect backdrop for this momentous occasion. After exchanging vows in front of their nearest and dearest complete with bubble send off, the couple made their way over to the winery to continue the celebrations.
The Jonathan Edwards Winery is twenty acres of sprawling vineyards offering elegant simplicity in a timeless setting. Under a sailcloth tent, Mic and Mike relished the time with their family and friends, taking in every second. They had many favorite moments but some of the most precious was their first dance along with their parent dances. The evening continued as they enjoyed heartfelt toasts, a lovely dinner and danced the night away ending with a quintessential sparkler good bye. They are excited to share these moments with their family that was unable to make it. LoveLocked Films is thrilled to share some of their highlights with you. Please enjoy!
