Kate + Jared ~ A Lush Northshore Wedding at the Willowdale Estate

Kate and Jared were married this summer in Topsfield, Massachusetts at the impeccable Willowdale Estate.

Willowdale Estate is a unique place – it is both understated and grand; an absolutely beautiful spot to be married. Kate and Jared fell in love with it when they attended a friends wedding. Kate loved it for its interesting architecture and gorgeous courtyard and Jared loved it for the delicious food.

The excitement for the day ahead was palpable when we joined Kate before the First Look. She was getting ready with her maids and putting the final touches on. After some sweet moments with her parents, Kate headed off to meet Jared for their First Look. Such a joy to capture this fleeting moment as a couple sees each other for the first time as bride and groom.

Kate and Jared had a beautiful and personal ceremony as they exchanged life long vows in front of loved ones. The outdoor courtyard was flanked in lush, gorgeous floral arrangements. Following a fun cocktail hour, guests headed under the tent to continue the celebrations. The elegant tent was full of seasonal peonies in mercury glass with lovely wooden touches throughout – it all felt so romantic and fresh. The afternoon unfolded into a perfect evening as Kate and Jared were toasted by friends and family. They soaked up each moment as they laughed, ate and danced into the night.
