Julia & Eli ~ A Kismet Romance for the Ages at Misselwood in Beverly, MA

Julia and Eli met the summer before their senior year of high school in 2017 when they were both camp counselors at Camp Rotary in Boxford, MA. Although they were from different towns and states, they began dating and attended their senior prom together. While they chose different colleges, Eli joined Julia at the University of Delaware after their freshman year, where they both graduated. Since then, they have made a home in the Fenway neighborhood of Boston and adopted a pup named Zuko!

The bride and groom chose Misselwood for its beautiful ocean view and were excited for the outdoor ceremony and reception under the venue’s lovely sailcloth tent. Some favorite details and personal touches included the matchbox and tennis ball favors, as well as the exquisite floral designs, including the bouquets and the flowers that decorated their chuppah and dining tables. Indeed, the design details of the day were effortlessly elegant and thoughtful, from the spectrum of green dresses worn by the bridesmaids to the escort cards waiting for guests at the reception and a reserved seat for the bride’s late father at the ceremony. Is it possible that even the ketubah featured pine trees in its design to highlight where Julia and Eli met all those years ago at summer camp? 🙂

Julia and Eli, thank you so much for having us at your wedding ceremony and celebration. We were so happy to witness your steadfast love and the sweetness of your friendship and love story. All the best to you (and Zuko!) in the many years to come.
