Sammy and Tucker met in college and became good friends, however, it wasn’t until years later when their friendship blossomed to something more. So while the relationship didn’t become a romance until some time had passed, the two truly believe it was the handiwork of the universe bringing them together for a later and greater purpose!
The bride and groom celebrated their wedding at their new home in Beverly, MA. What better way to enjoy the fun, light and family oriented wedding they had envisioned! Not to be excluded, the couples two gorgeous Brindle pups served as ring bearers at the ceremony, in full tux. The overcast sky and sprinkling rain did nothing to damped to beautiful decor and design of the day which included vibrant florals in every color of the rainbow with the bride and groom echoing those colors in Tucker’s tie and Sammy’s incredible embroidered veil. Bringing in a lovely family tradition, during the ceremony, the two stood on a small rug that has played a part in the weddings of the grooms family for over 100 years.
For the cocktail hour and reception, guests gathered under the clear topped tent for tasty drinks, finger foods and a raw bar and the floral theme continued with seed packets as escort cards for guests above a sign that read “Please be Seeded”. Once again the floral design and table scapes in the tent were bursting with color from floor to ceiling. Sammy and Tucker entered their reception to confetti cannons and cheers from their guests before settling into a sweet first dance as husband and wife. After a beautiful dinner and heartfelt toasts, the dance floor was open and the party was on!
