Amanda & Brian ~ A Charming and Elegant Wedding at The Fairmont in Copley Plaza ~ Boston, MA

Amanda and Brian met in college at Bentley University at the start of their senior year in 2018. Over time, the two not only fell in love with each other but also felt a wonderful bond with each others families as well. 

The two chose the Fairmont Copley Plaza after their first look at the venue. Indeed both bride and groom noted they became emotional at that tour as they imagined their wedding day in the space together. Boston had always been their home and they were very excited to start their new life together in the city that had their hearts.

We started the day with the couple as they got ready in their rooms at the hotel. We were so happy to capture not only the wonderful first look between bride and groom but also a lovely moment between the bride and her father when he had his own first look with his daughter as well. Another special moment was when the bride and groom allowed us to be present for their personal vows that they had written to each other and read privately, tucked away in a little nook along the Fairmont outside. For the ceremony, the room was all aglow with warm lights highlighting the ornate walls of the salon in all its Victoria glory. Candles lit the aisle and lush ivory florals spilled over with their greenery from their containers. The cocktail hour was a cozy affair with signature drinks and lots of hugs and chatter as the newly married couple made their rounds to family and friends. For the reception, Amanda and Brian entered the room to cheers and applause as their guests enjoyed watching them have their first dance. After heartfelt toasts and a delicious dinner, the dance floor was open for the party and it was still going strong when we left with our cameras.

Amanda and Brian, thank you for having us with you at your very sweet and thoughtful ceremony and celebration. It was our pleasure to be with you and your families!
